All orders are targeted to be dispatched from our warehouse in QLD within 1-3 business days and delivery times generally take 2-9 business days within Australia.

NEW ZEALAND

Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders over $200 AUD / $223 NZD.

Flat rate of $20 AUD/ $23 NZD for orders under $200 AUD / $223 NZD.

All orders are targeted to be dispatched from our warehouse in QLD within 1-3 business days and delivery times generally take 4-10 business days from Australia.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

We invite you to contact us with any concerns you may have about a defective item or sizing issues as we want you to be completely satisfied with your Baa Baa Sheepz AU purchases.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days after the date of delivery.

Exchanged and returned goods must be in their original and brand-new condition, including vacuum packaging items, unless there is a defect after opening. Proof of purchase will also be needed.

Due to hygiene purposes, they also need to be:

  • Unwashed and unworn
  • Clean and unused 

Please take note that the items listed below are not considered as a defect and cannot be returned.

  • Please allow a variance of 1-2cm for the measurement stated on the website
  • Slight colour difference due to different computer screens
  • Placement of prints differ for every piece
  • Loose threads or cotton fluffs. You may cut them off carefully and rest assure as our cotton fillings are non- toxic and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Tested and Certified. 

In the event of exchanges / refundable made, we regret that courier charges will be borne by the customer, and that the original delivery charges are non-refundable. In order to get a refund, your return must be accompanied by the original sales invoice.
